The 3rd Americas Tuna Conference & Exhibition (AMAtuna2020), is a two-day event that will take place in Panama City, Panama on February 6th and 7th at the Sheraton Grand Panama Hotel, Vía Israel y Calle 77, San Francisco Panama City.
The Americas Tuna Conference 2020 registration rate is USD 695. It includes 2-day full access to all conference sessions, lunch, coffee breaks and Thursday Evening Cocktail, apart from all conference documentation (conference booklet, participants list and all speakers presentations).
Registration does not include hotel accommodations, flight or travel insurance.

ADMISSION POLICY
The conference and exhibition is only open to professionals, trade and business visitors.
Admission is by registration only.
Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the conference venue.
All visitors must be in proper business attire. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to those deemed inappropriately dressed.
All entries shall remain the property of Atuna bv reserving the right to use the entry forms, names and the details of visitors for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade promotions without further compensation or notice.
Filming of the event is strictly forbidden.
PAYMENT POLICY
Registration fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer, at the time of online registration. It is also possible to pay your participation fee –standard rate- in cash, in USD or Euros, at the reception desk of the Americas Tuna Conference 2020.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds for cancellations are subject to an administration fee of USD 80.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than December 31st 2019.
If the Americas Tuna Conference 2020 is cancelled -for any reason- delegates will receive full refund.
The organizer reserves the right to amend/cancel these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
